Abhinavdhara Journal is committed to maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the scholarly record.The journal follows transparent procedures for corrections, withdrawals, and retractions of published articles.

1. Corrections Policy

If a published article contains minor errors that do not affect the research findings or conclusions, the journal may publish a correction notice.

Examples:

• Typographical errors

• Incorrect author affiliation

• Minor factual mistakes

• Formatting errors

The correction notice will be linked with the original article to maintain transparency.

 

2. Retraction Policy

An article may be retracted if serious ethical or academic concerns are identified, including:

• Plagiarism

• Duplicate publication

• Fabricated data

• Falsification of research results

• Copyright infringement

• Serious ethical violations

• Misrepresentation of authorship

A retracted article will remain available with a clear notification:

"This article has been retracted by the Editorial Board due to violation of publication ethics."

Retraction does not erase the scholarly record but informs readers about the reliability concerns associated with the article.

 

3. Withdrawal Policy

Authors may request withdrawal of manuscripts before publication.

Withdrawal requests must include:

• Reason for withdrawal

• Consent of all authors

Once an article has been published with DOI assignment, withdrawal is generally not permitted except in cases of ethical or legal concerns.

 

4. Expression of Concern

If serious questions arise regarding a published article but investigation is incomplete, the journal may issue an Expression of Concern until a final decision is reached.

 

5. Investigation Procedure

Complaints related to published articles will be reviewed by the Editorial Board.

The journal may:

• Request clarification from authors.

• Consult reviewers or experts.

• Examine evidence.

• Take corrective action according to publication ethics principles.
