Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and ethical integrity of their submitted work.

 

2. Responsibilities of Editors

The Editorial Board of Abhinavdhara Journal ensures that:

• Manuscripts are evaluated only on the basis of academic quality, originality, relevance, and scholarly contribution.

• Editorial decisions remain independent and unbiased.

• Confidentiality of submitted manuscripts is maintained.

• No discrimination is made based on gender, nationality, institutional affiliation, religion, or personal identity of authors.

Abhinavdhara follows a Double - Blind Peer Review Process

Under this process:

• The identity of the author(s) is concealed from the reviewers.

• The identity of the reviewers is concealed from the author(s).

• Manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of their academic quality, originality, methodology, relevance, and contribution to knowledge.

This process ensures unbiased evaluation and minimizes the possibility of personal, institutional, or professional influence on editorial decisions.

4. Plagiarism and Research Misconduct

Abhinavdhara Journal follows a strict policy against plagiarism and unethical research practices.

5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

Abhinavdhara recognizes the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence tools in academic writing.

The journal follows these principles:

• AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

• Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their manuscripts.

• Any significant use of AI tools for content generation, analysis, or research assistance must be transparently disclosed.

• AI-generated information must be verified by authors before submission.

 

6. Corrections and Retraction Policy

Abhinavdhara Journal maintains a transparent policy for corrections and article withdrawal.

Correction:

Minor errors that do not affect the research findings may be corrected through an official correction notice.

Retraction:

An article may be retracted in cases of:

• Confirmed plagiarism

• Research misconduct

• Fabricated or falsified data

• Duplicate publication

Retracted articles will remain accessible with a clear retraction notice for maintaining academic transparency.
