Instructions for Paper Submission  Guidelines

 

• The research article must be an original and unpublished work. Authors must confirm that the manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere in any form.

• Authors are required to submit their research paper (4,000–6,000 words) in the prescribed format. Papers that do not follow the required format may be rejected by the editors. Ensure that the research paper is free from grammatical errors and spelling mistakes. The research paper should be written in Unicode Font for Sanskrit and Hindi, or in Times New Roman Font for English, with a font size of 12 points. Include notes and references within the text using Times New Roman style, with a comprehensive and up-to-date bibliography at the end of the article.

• The text should be justified, and a margin of 2.54 centimeters should be maintained on all sides of the paper.

• By submitting the research paper, authors warrant that the entire work is original and unpublished, that it is submitted exclusively to this journal, and that all text, data, figures, tables, or other illustrations included in the research paper are entirely original and unpublished. These should not have been published or submitted elsewhere in any form or media.

• All authors must submit their paper via email to abhinavdharajournal@gmail.com

• Authors are advised to use their own data and high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI) maps, photographs, drawings, illustrations, flow charts, etc. If reusing such materials, authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary written permissions from the relevant parties. The author information file should be uploaded separately as an "Additional file for editor."

• Reviewing Criteria of Abhinavdhara Journal follows a double-blind peer review system to assess the quality of a manuscript before publication.

• The reviewers' opinions are considered in the evaluation process. Manuscripts are submitted to external expert editors and/or peer reviewers in the field to assess originality, validity, and significance, aiding the Editors in deciding whether the manuscript should be published. Peer reviewers will evaluate whether the writing is clear, scientifically sound, and coherent, and whether the research represents a valuable contribution to the field.

• The Editor will make the final decision based on reviewers' reports, with the option of referring to the editorial board if necessary. To maintain publication ethics, we adhere strictly to established guidelines at all stages, ensuring maximum transparency.

• Manuscripts received for peer review are treated as confidential documents and must not be disclosed to others. Unpublished materials in a submitted manuscript must not be used in a reviewer’s or editor's own research without the express written consent of the author(s).Final Evaluation: After receiving positive feedback from the reviewers, the Editor will provide the final evaluation.

• Articles accepted for publication by the Editors will be assigned to a series of numbered issues. Time of Peer Review Process: Abhinavdhara Journal aims to complete the peer review process within twelve weeks of submission, recognizing the importance of timely feedback. Authors submitting to Abhinavdhara Journal agree to these peer review terms and procedures.

• Manuscript Processing and Handling Cost, There are no charges for manuscript handling or processing. Selected papers will be published free of cost, and the soft copy of the entire issue will be available on the website for free download by authors and readers. Acceptance A letter of acceptance will be sent after the authors submit a scanned copy of the completed copyright form. Publication Accepted articles will be published in the last month of the specified year. Authors can also download their articles from the website.
