Abhinavdhara Journal follows an Open Access Publishing Policy, making scholarly content freely available to readers worldwide.

Authors retain copyright of their published work unless otherwise agreed through the journal's Copyright or License Agreement. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

  • The work is original.

  • It has not been published elsewhere.

  • All necessary permissions for copyrighted material have been obtained.

  • The manuscript does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Any copyright infringement or legal dispute arising from the content of an article shall be the sole responsibility of the author(s). Upon receiving a valid complaint, the journal reserves the right to investigate and, where appropriate, remove or retract the concerned article.

3. Article Submission and Publication Policy

Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee its publication.

All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a peer-review process. Publication is based solely on editorial evaluation, reviewer recommendations, originality, academic merit, and compliance with the journal's ethical and formatting guidelines.

Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for data, figures, photographs, tables, and any third-party materials included in their manuscripts.

Abhinavdhara Journal operates as an independent scholarly publishing initiative.

Where applicable, any Article Processing Charge (APC) or publication fee is collected solely to support editorial management, peer review, website maintenance, DOI registration, indexing services, archiving, digital preservation, and other publication-related expenses.

Payment of publication charges does not guarantee acceptance or publication of a manuscript. Editorial decisions remain completely independent of financial considerations.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the journal website, publication process, or published content shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Reporting Concerns or Ethical Violations

If you believe that a published article contains plagiarism, copyright infringement, research misconduct, ethical violations, or conflicts of interest, please contact the Editorial Office immediately.
